Marble Maintanance and Care

Sealer Application 

Any marble slabs and most of natural stones should be sealed with impregnating sealer in a 1-2 year cycle to be protected against stains. A good sealer would protect the marble surface fully from oil and food stains.In contrary of Marble Armor, please keep in mind sealers would protect from stains but not etching!

Cleaners and Detergants 

Use pH-neutral and non abrasive cleaners for marble surfaces. Any hand soap, dish soap, surface cleaners and dishwasher detergents used on marble , need to be plant-based. Avoid using acidic cleaners containing citric acid on marble as they can etch the surface.

Cutting Board, Trivet and Coaster Using

Using cutting boards and coasters would help minimize the risks of spills of any acidic content and  causing scratches on surfaces. If there are any acidic content spills on a marble surface, it should be wiped away immediately. 

Microfiber Cloth Using

Clean, rinse, and dry marble surfaces with microfiber cloths. Non-abrasive cloths and cleaners will help marble surfaces avoid any possible scratches in the long term.
